A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Per fess wavy Azure (Medium Blue) and Gules (Brick Red) a barrulet wavy between a wheel of eight spokes and three demi-arrows with pheon heads radiating from base Or. Attached around the sides and bottom is a Black scroll inscribed "MOVING THE THEATERS BEST" in Gold.
Golden yellow and brick red are the colors traditionally used by the Transportation Corps. Medium blue alludes to the sky and air transport. Brick red is for ground transport. The wavy bar suggests water transport. The arrow symbolizes combat readiness and three missions of the unit: administration, supervision and the transportation of Army materiel. The wheel refers to mobility.
